Clear working boundaries

Website & service terms

General terms for using this website and beginning a conversation about sourcing, procurement, inspection, warehousing or shipping support.

Effective 25 August 2026
Before a project begins

The written project agreement controls the work.

These terms provide a general framework only. A sourcing request does not automatically create an engagement, agency, partnership, purchase order or guarantee that a suitable supplier, price, product, route or delivery date will be available.

Any service begins only when LeaDing and the customer confirm the scope, responsibilities, commercial terms and required approvals in writing. If a signed agreement, accepted quotation or purchase document conflicts with this page, that specific written document controls for that project.

Commercial framework

Responsibilities remain explicit at every approval point.

01

Service scope

Services may include supplier research, communication, factory visits, sample or production coordination, inspection support, warehouse handling, consolidation and logistics coordination. Only tasks expressly agreed in writing are included. LeaDing may rely on information supplied by the customer and relevant third parties.

02

Quotations and estimates

Supplier prices, exchange rates, freight, duties, taxes, insurance, schedules and availability can change. Unless a written offer states otherwise, figures and timelines are estimates rather than guarantees. Incoterms, payment stages, included work and quotation validity should be confirmed in the project documents.

03

Buyer specifications

The buyer is responsible for giving complete and accurate requirements, intended use, quantity, packaging, destination and market requirements; reviewing samples and documents; and making timely written approvals. Changes after approval can affect cost, quality, feasibility and timing.

04

Suppliers and carriers

Factories, laboratories, inspectors, warehouses, freight forwarders and carriers are independent third parties unless a written agreement expressly says otherwise. LeaDing can coordinate and report, but cannot promise that a third party will never delay, change circumstances, make an error or fail to perform.

05

Checks and inspections

A factory visit or inspection reports observations at an agreed time and within an agreed scope. Sampling cannot examine every unit and does not guarantee hidden performance, future reliability, authenticity, certification, legal compliance or the absence of all defects. Release remains the buyer's decision unless otherwise agreed.

06

Warehousing and shipping

Receiving, storage, consolidation, loading and transport are subject to agreed instructions, capacity and third-party terms. Transit time may be affected by customs, weather, port conditions, inspections, carrier changes and other events outside reasonable control. Risk transfer and insurance should be stated in the relevant contract or trade term.

Buyer obligations

Know the rules for the product and destination.

The buyer is responsible for confirming that products, labelling, packaging, documentation, intellectual-property use, safety, certifications and import or resale arrangements comply with the intended destination and use. The buyer must have authority to use any brand, drawing, design, software, photograph or other material supplied to LeaDing or a supplier.

LeaDing may decline or pause work that appears unlawful, unsafe, misleading, restricted, inconsistent with an agreed scope or unsupported by necessary information. Unless agreed otherwise in writing, the buyer remains responsible for import licences, customs declarations, duties, taxes and destination-market professional advice.

01

Approvals

Record supplier, specification, sample, order, payment and shipment approvals in writing.

02

Payments and changes

Fees, deposits, supplier payments, cancellation and change costs are governed by the accepted project documents.

03

Confidential information

We take reasonable care with business information, but a formal confidentiality commitment requires a separate written agreement or NDA.

Website use

Use the content as a starting point, not a substitute for due diligence.

Accuracy and availability

We aim to keep the website useful and current, but content may contain errors or become outdated. We may change, suspend or remove content and features without notice. Product scenes, project descriptions and workflow visuals may be illustrative; actual suppliers, goods and outcomes vary.

Intellectual property

Unless stated otherwise, the LeaDing name, logo, website design and original website text are owned by or licensed to LeaDing. You may view and share page links for ordinary business evaluation, but may not copy, rebrand, sell, scrape at scale or falsely present the content as your own.

External links

Links to WhatsApp, suppliers or other third-party services are provided for convenience. Those services operate under their own terms and privacy policies, and a link does not by itself mean LeaDing controls or endorses every statement on the destination site.

Changes and questions

Confirm anything important before acting.

We may update these terms when the website or services change. The effective date above identifies the current version. If a concern arises, the parties should first try to resolve it through direct, good-faith communication. No statement on this page selects a governing law or court where those details have not been agreed.
