Who we are

Closer to the factories. Clearer for you.

LeaDing helps international buyers work with Chinese factories with greater clarity and confidence. We combine local supplier access, practical sourcing experience, quality-control support, warehouse coordination and international shipping assistance in one connected service.

Our role is simple: understand what you need, coordinate the services agreed for your order, communicate what we observe and help surface issues while there is still time to act.

You remain in control of product approval, supplier selection, payment authorisation and final commercial decisions. We provide local visibility and practical coordination; we do not hide uncertainty or promise that international trade can be risk-free.

Work with LeaDing
What customers can expect

Trust built through visibility, not promises alone.

Buying from another country should not mean buying without information. LeaDing keeps the important details visible while decisions can still be made.

01

Transparent communication

You receive useful information, open questions and known limitations at the moments when decisions need to be made.

02

Local factory access

Within the agreed scope, our China-side team can communicate with suppliers, visit facilities and follow production.

03

Quality before shipment

Checks can compare goods with approved criteria before release. Inspection improves visibility, but no sampling process can guarantee every unit or every future outcome.

04

Long-term partnership

We record practical lessons from each order so future specifications, supplier conversations and checkpoints can become clearer.

Four decision checkpoints

Pause at the moments that matter.

The purpose of a checkpoint is not to slow an order down. It is to make sure the next commitment is based on the clearest information currently available.

  1. Checkpoint 01

    Before you decide

Compare supplier fit, specification response, sample information, lead time and commercial terms. Questions that remain open should be visible before supplier approval.

  2. Checkpoint 02

    Before production

Confirm the approved sample or reference, dimensions, materials, quantity, packaging, timeline and how later changes will be documented.

  3. Checkpoint 03

    Before payment

Recheck the invoice, beneficiary details, agreed amount, payment milestone and what that payment authorises. The customer always gives final payment approval.

  4. Checkpoint 04

    Before shipment

Review the agreed inspection findings, carton count, packaging marks, documents and delivery route. Any unresolved issue is raised before release whenever the scope allows.

Working side by side

First understand the request. Then find the right route.

Every sourcing project starts with a real conversation about the product, quantity, target market, quality level and delivery requirements.

Stay involved after the introduction

We remain available through approval, production follow-up, inspection, warehouse handling and delivery planning.

Factory visibility

Your eyes inside the factory.

When travel is not practical, a live factory visit can bring the production floor to you. See the facility, product details, packaging and production line while asking questions in real time.

Photo updates, video evidence and inspection notes help turn distant production into a process you can follow. They report what was visible at the agreed time and do not replace your product approval or destination-market compliance checks.

One connected service

We do more than introduce a factory.

LeaDing remains involved through the agreed stages that shape whether an order is commercially practical, aligned with the approved specification and ready for release.

A

Source & verify

Identify suitable factories and examine the details behind each offer.

B

Approve & follow

Confirm samples and specifications, then maintain communication during production.

C

Inspect & prepare

Check goods and coordinate warehouse handling before products are released.

D

Consolidate & ship

Bring orders together and compare shipping routes for the destination and timeline.

Accountability through delivery

A responsible team at every handover.

Factory release, warehouse receipt, consolidation, packaging and loading are separate moments where details matter. Connecting the agreed stages through one China-side team creates a clearer route from production to shipment—and a useful record for the next order.

Long-term partnership means learning from what happened, improving the brief and making responsibilities clearer each time—not asking you to accept vague promises.
